Attorney Meyers replied that this does
not appear to be a problem.
Clerk/Administrator Pauley corrected the interest
rate to read "11%" on the resolution.
Engineer Boxrud stated he had gone over the
final project costs, and he feels the figures are
very close.
Mayor McCarty closed the public hearing and opened
the regular meeting at 7:55 PM.
Motion/Second: McCarty/Forslund to send Resolution
No. 1476 back to Staff for evaluation and
recommendation.
4 ayes 0 nays
Motion/Second: McCarty/Doty to have a special
meeting on August 30, 1982 at 7 PM to deal with
the Silver Lake Woods assessments.
4 ayes 0 nays
Karen Weigand, 2273 Lois Drive, presented the
Council with a petition signed by 100% of the
residents of Lois Drive, requesting an immediate
and thorough investigation of the quality of the
public water they are receiving.
