Attorney Meyers explained that <br />it is an existing assessment, and is just being <br />divided up differently. <br />Motion/Second: McCarty/Blanchard to approve Resolu- <br />tion— s- aT—T489, 1490 and 1491 and waive the reading. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Motion Carried <br />Director Johnson reported he had received a memo from <br />Mr. Rose, explaining how soil testing is done, which <br />he will send to the Wetlands Committee. <br />Director Johnson reported he had received a letter from <br />Evan Green at MnDOT regarding the City's participation <br />in a traffic signal, and he would like to come in and <br />address the Council at an agenda session, to explain <br />the course of action that is being taken by MnDOT. <br />Director Johnson also reported that Spring Lake Park <br />is settlign a public hearing on the signal. <br />s <br />Attorney Meyers reported he had received information 17, Report of <br />on the cable tv, and it appears the final documents Attorney <br />are being submitted to the Cities for action.
