Article IX: Books and Records <br />All financial books and records shall be kept by the Director of <br />the Bureau in consultation with the Secretary -Treasurer. Financial <br />records shall be made available on request by the Chairperson of <br />the Board. All other records shall be maintained by the staff, <br />under the supervision of the Director or someone chosen by him or <br />her. The Northwest Suburban Youth Service Bureau shall recognize <br />and preserve the confidentiality of personal records. <br />Article X: Calendar Year <br />The fiscal year shall be tv;elve consecutive months, July 1 through <br />June 30. <br />Article XI: Amendments to By -Laws <br />Proposed amendments to the By -Laws must be made in writing to the <br />Director and members of the Board one week prior to the Regular <br />Board Meeting at which time the proposed amendment may be acted <br />upon. A two-thirds (2/3) majority of the Board members present <br />and voting shall be required to pass an amendment to the By -Laws. <br />41 <br />5 <br />
