Conformity with P1unici.pal Plans and Ordinances. <br />The proposed ubdlvislon shall conform with the Official Man - <br />ter 40 of this Code, Cha <br />Plan. <br />Subdivision 2. Street Plan. The arrangements, character, <br />extent, width, grade, and location of all streets shall be considered <br />in their relation to reasonable circulation of traffic, to topo- <br />graphiral conditions, to runoff of storm water, to public convenience <br />and safety, and to the proposed uses of the land to be served by such <br />streets. <br />4}}(A) Streets. <br />a.(1) Continuation of Existing Streets. The arrangement <br />of streets in new subdivision shall make provision for <br />the appropriate continuation of the existing streets in <br />adjoining areas. <br />b.(2) Future Projection of Streets. Where adjoining areas <br />are not subdivided, but may be subdivided, the arrangement <br />of streets in a new subdivision shall make provision for <br />the proper projections of streets into adjoining areas by <br />carrying the new streets to the boundaries of the new <br />subdivision at appropriate locations. <br />
