MEMO TO: City Council <br />FROM: Director of Public Works/Community Development <br />DATE: October 21, 1982 <br />SUBJEC'P: 7911 SPRING LAKE ROAD - RELOCATION OF BUILDING REQUEST <br />The City has received a request and application from Mr. and Mrs. <br />Louis Wille of 7911.Spring Lake Road to relocate a single family <br />home from the southern part of the Twin Cities onto their lot in <br />Mounds View. They request and hope to have the building relocated <br />onto their lot yet this year. Due to potential weather conditions, <br />they would request the matter be processed as soon as possible. <br />Staff would propose, with Council approval, that the hearing for <br />the relocation be held on November Sth. The Planning Commission <br />would review the matter on November 3rd and their report, together <br />with staff's review,would be included in your packet for information <br />on November 4th. <br />Attached for your information is a copy of Chapter 45 entitled, <br />"Relocation of Buildings".
