\,Jvmn <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1507 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIA!': <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION REQUESTING RAMSEY COUNTY IMPLEMENT PUBLIC <br />SAFETY ACTIONS UPON REQUEST OF CTTY COUNCIL ONLY <br />WHEREAS, The Board of Ramsey County Commissioners adopted <br />Resolution No. 82-719 on August 23, 1982 ordering the placement of <br />"No Parking" signs on County Road I from Long Lake Road to Jackson <br />Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, said Resolution was considered after receipt of a <br />request from the City of Mounds View for such action; and <br />WHEREAS, said letter was sent by the staff member signing <br />the letter without the knowledge or approval of the Mounds View <br />City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Mounds View City Council <br />that The Board of Ramsey County Commissioners not take action on <br />public safety matters within and at the request of the City of <br />Mounds View without being assured that such action has the full <br />support and approval of the Mounds View City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mounds View City <br />Council that The Board of Ramsey County Commissioners is requested <br />to implement public safety actions within and at the request of <br />the City of Mounds View only after receiving a certified copy of <br />the Resolution approving such request. <br />Adopted this 25th day of October, 1982. <br />ATTEST: <br />Mivnr <br />(SEAL) <br />Clerk -Administrator <br />
