ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br />FOR <br />PUBLISHING SIX CITY NEWSLETTERS <br />FOR THE <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA <br />The City Council of Mounds View will receive sealed bids for <br />the publishing of six (6) City Newsletters. Bids will be re- <br />ceived until 10:30 a.m. C.S.T., on Wednesday, November 24, 1982 <br />at the City Hall, 2401 Highway 10, Mounds View, Minnesota at <br />which time and place the bids shall be opened, read aloud, and <br />considered. <br />Proposal forms, including specifications, are on file and may be <br />obtained at the office of the Mounds View Parks, Recreation and <br />Forestry Department. Proposals must be made on the forms as <br />furnished, and shall be submitted to the Parks, Recreation and <br />Forestry Department on or before the time stated above. Proposals <br />must be placed in a sealed envelope with an indication thereon <br />stating "proposal for publishing of six City Newsletters contained <br />herein", and addressed to the City of Mounds View, 2401 Highway 10, <br />Mounds View, Minnesota 55112. <br />All bids must be accompanied by a cash deposit, certified check, or <br />bid bond, payable to the City of Mounds View, in the amount equal <br />to five percent (58) of the total bid. <br />The City Council reserves the right to accept or reject any or all <br />bids, to waive any informalities in the bid, and to make such award <br />as it may deem to be in the best interest of the City. <br />Donald F.
