Without the data I <br />would be"reluctant to attempt to pinpoint these costs due to the inability <br />to use other acceptable analysis methods. <br />The projected costs for the residential sectors can be considered rela- <br />tively sound. However, the data is not adequate for the same accuracy <br />for the commercial and industrial sectors. <br />I look forward to our discussion on November 1.
