They also adjusted the <br />exterior display sign size for home occupations, <br />and tried not to rule out anyone established prior <br />to the zoning ordinance enacted in the City. <br />Attorney Meyers stated he was comfortable with the <br />language of the ordinance. <br />Acting Mayor Hodges closed the public nearing and <br />reopened the regular meeting at 7:54 PM. <br />Motion/Second: Doty/Blanchard to have the first <br />reading of Ordinance No. 322, amending Chapter 40, <br />of the zoning code, entitled "Home Occupations"," <br />and waive the reading. <br />3 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />Motion/Second: Doty/Hodges to have the second 8.
