Mr. Toonen resides at 5125 Tifton <br />Drive, Edina, Minnesota 55435 and his home phone is 944-6632 <br />Purchase included business, real estate, furnishings, equipment and inventory. <br />The Uptown is licensed for and operates as a place of public onsale liquor/wine/ <br />beer and offsale beer. It serves full meals and snacks from 11:00-2:00 and <br />5:00-9:00 weekdays and from 10:00-1:00 on weekends. Live music is provided <br />nightly from 9:00-1:00 a.m. as well as dancing. <br />I and my wife are involved as majority owners and my duties are limited to <br />overseeing maintenance and care of the building, and occasional handling of <br />finances if or when my partner is ill or on vacation. <br />My partner, Ray Colihan, and his wife are minority owners. Ray serves as <br />General Manager and is on the premises much of the time it is open. Neither <br />Mrs. Loosen or Mrs. Colihan is active in the operation of the Uptown Bar. <br />The authorities involved in the license approval and inspection of the Uptown <br />Bar are Lt.
