r <br />L, <br />MEMO TO: Mayor and City Council <br />FROM: <br />Director <br />of <br />Public <br />Works/Community Development <br />DATE: <br />December <br />2, <br />1982 <br />SUBJECT: DALBERG-HANSON REFUND <br />Attached is a copy of the memo received from Frank Rampel indicating <br />that the Planning Commission, at their December 1, 1982 meeting, <br />recommended that fees be refunded to Mr. Dalberg and Mr. Hanson for <br />applications for a rezoning, variance, and subdivision appliu.Ation. <br />It is staff's position that a certain number of these fees can in <br />fact be refunded but that monies be retained to cover the costs <br />incurred by staff through the application process to date. It can <br />be noted that no public hearings were held as a result of these <br />applications and so that the only costs incurred would be that of <br />staff time reviewing and preparing the applications for Planning <br />Commission review and action. <br />Your direction on processing of fee refunds would be appreciated. <br />JCJ/pf <br />Attachment <br />
