q&11,, v <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1536 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING INSTALLATION OF STREETLIGHT <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View has received a petition <br />from residents along Longview Drive between Woodalc Drive and Red <br />Oak Drive requesting a streetlight at the corner of Longview <br />Drive and Woodale Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, the petition does not include the signature of <br />one property owner whose lot is directly affected by the proposed <br />streetlight location; and <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 1354 amending Resolution No. 1069 <br />authorizes the City Council to install streetlights at locations <br />where property owners have not consented to that location, when <br />the public health, safety and welfare is a factor; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the place- <br />ment of a streetlight at the intersection of Longview Drive and <br />Woodale Drive would be in the interest of the health, safety and <br />welfare of the residents of the area; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the <br />City of Mounds View orders the placement of a streetlight at the <br />corner of Longview Drive and Woodale Drive. <br />Adopted this 27th day of December, 1982. <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />Mayor <br />Clerk -Administrator <br />
