RESOLUTION NO. 1529 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION REFUNDING REFUNDABLE PLANNING <br />APPLICATION FEES FOR PLANNING CASE 117-82, <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Sam Dalberg requested rezoning and variance <br />approval from the Planning Commission for the construction of two <br />duplex dwellings on property presently owned along Silver Lake Road; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the applicant withdrew his application following <br />Planning Commission discussion; and <br />WHEREAS, a total of $290.00 was submitted in planning fees, <br />of which $150.00 were base fees and non-refundable; and <br />WHEREAS, staff time amounting to $50.00 has been expended to <br />date on this application; and <br />fee; WHEREAS, this $50.00 fee is covered under the $150.00 base <br />„ <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council authorizes the refund of the additional fees submitted in <br />the amount of $140.00 to Mr, Sam Dalberg. <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />Adopted this 27th day of December, 1982. <br />Mayor <br />Clerk -Administrator <br />E <br />
