RESOLUTION NO. 1526 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION OF COMMENDATION AND APPRECIATION TO CHARLOTTE FORSLUND <br />FOR SERVICE TO THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />W11HREAS, Charlotte Forslund has completed a four year term <br />on the Mounds View City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, Charlotte Forslund also served on the Mounds View <br />Planning Commission; and <br />WHEREAS, Charlotte Forslund has shown a sincere interest in <br />the welfare of the citizens of Mounds View during her tenure on <br />the City Council and Planning Commission; and <br />WHEREAS, Charlotte Forslund has won the respect and gratitude <br />of all those who have had the privilege of working with her on the <br />City Council and Planning Commission and other areas of community <br />activity, and has shown an unselfish dedication to the City of <br />Mounds View and its overall goals. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the <br />City of Mounds View, on behalf of the residents of the City of <br />Mounds View, hereby commends and extends its heartfelt appreciation <br />to Charlotte Forslund for her dedicated and self-sacrificing service <br />on the Mounds View City Council and Planning Commission. <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />Adopted this 27th day of December, 1982. <br />Mayor <br />Clerk -Administrator <br />
