APPOINTING DIRECTOR <br />Resolution No. 1534 appointing <br />ing Mayor McCarty <br />as Director and Clerk/Administrator Pauley as AND ALTERNATE <br />Alternate to the Suburban Rate Authority for DIRECTOR TO THE <br />1983 and waive the reading of the resolut;ten- SUUBBURBAN RATE AUTHORIT' <br />1983 <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Motion/Second: McCarty/Doty to adopt <br />Resolution No. 1535 appointing the New Brighton <br />Bulletin as the official newspaper, <br />Phyllis Blanchard as Acting Mayor, and <br />the First State Bank of New Brighton as the <br />official depository for 1983 and to waive the <br />reading of the resolution. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Motion Carried <br />5.
