RESOLUTION NO. 1540 <br />C1'1'Y OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANNING CASE 119-82, A MINOR <br />SUBDIVISION REQUEST FOR 8224 LONG LAKE ROAD <br />WHEREAS, a minor subdivision has been requested by Gary <br />Krig for property .Located at 8224 Long Lake Road; and <br />WHEREAS, the minor subdivision request meets and exceeds <br />minimum Code requirements for frontage, area, and setbacks; and <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Krig has agreed to pay a Park Fund Dedica- <br />tion in the amount of $129.00 as required by City Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has reviewed <br />the subdivision request and has recommended approval in Resolu- <br />tion No. 67-82; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council hereby approves the minor subdivision request of Gary <br />Krig at 8224 Long Lake Road; <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />requires the payment of $129.00 for Park Fund Dedication prior <br />to City Clerk approving and signing the subdivision dead. <br />ATTEST; <br />(SEAL) <br />Adopted this loth day of January, 1983. <br />Mayor <br />Clerk -Administrator <br />
