MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO, 67-82 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RECOMMENDATION TO CITY COUNCIL REGARDING PLANNING CASE 119-82 <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has reviewed <br />the application of Gary Kr.ig for approval of a minor subdivision of <br />his property located at 8224 Long Lake Road; and <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has received <br />and reviewed the report from City staff regarding the request and <br />its application to the Mounds View Municipal Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed lots meet minimum Zoning Code require- <br />ments; and <br />WHEREAS, existing structures on the property meet minimum <br />setback requirements; <br />r NOW, THEREFORE, DE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning <br />Commission recommends approval of the minor subdivision request of <br />Gary Krig at 8224 Long Lake Road; <br />DE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a Park Fund Dedication in the <br />amount of $129.O0 be paid prior to the City Clerk approving the deed. <br />Adopted this 1st day of December, 1982. <br />ATTEST; <br />Chairman <br />(SEAL.) <br />Public Works/Community Development <br />Director <br />
