RESOLUTION NO. 1550 <br />Page Two <br />5. Any changes in the City's Local Addendum shall be <br />effective as of July 1, 1983 (or later if by mutual <br />agreement) between the City and I.U.O.E. Local 49. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk -Administrator <br />are authorized to enter into the Memorandum of Understanding between <br />the Metropolitan Area Management Association, representing the City <br />of Mounds View, and the International Union of Operating Engineers, <br />Local No. 49, AFL-CIO, dated December 16, 1982. <br />Adopted this 24th day of January, 1983. <br />ATTEST: <br />Mayor <br />(SEAL) Clerk -Administrator <br />K <br />4 <br />
