RESOLUTION NO. 1559 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING APPOINTMENT OF <br />TTMOTHY J. PITTMAN AS PUBLIC WORKS MAINTENANCE PERSON <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council authorized Director <br />of Public Works Johnson to interview and recommend an applicant <br />for the position of Public Works Maintenance Person; and <br />WHEREAS, the position was duly advertised and applica- <br />tions were received; and <br />WHEREAS, interviews were conducted in a non-discriminatory <br />manner to determine the most eligible applicant for the position; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, Director of Public Works Johnson has recommended <br />that Timothy J. Pittman be employed as Public Works Maintenance <br />Person; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of <br />the City of Mounds View hereby approves the employment of <br />Timothy J. Pittman as Public Works Maintenance Person with pro- <br />bationary period to commence January 25, 1983 and at the current <br />applicable union contract salary rate. <br />Adopted this 24th day of January, 1983. <br />ATTEST; <br />(SEAL) <br />Mayor <br />Clerk -Administrator <br />
