TO: Mayor Ir Council <br />FROM: Finance Director -Treasurer B rager <br />DATE: January 19, 1983 <br />RE: JANITORIAL SERVICE: PROPOSALS FOR 1983 <br />Proposals for the provision of janitorial services for <br />the City Hall building were recently received. They are: <br />Contract Cleaning Specialists $3S8.00 per month <br />Jim's Building Maintenance, Inc. $550.00 per month <br />Contract Cleaning Specialists provided our janitorial <br />services during 1982 for $344.00 per month. Their proposal <br />for 1903 is an increase of approximately 4%. Since they have <br />done a satisfactory job I would recommend entering into a <br />contract with them for 1983. <br />DD/ds <br />r <br />
