Prior to receipt of your letter, the Council on
December 9, 1982, had completed its review of the proposal. Attached are a
copy of our consent Referrals and our final letter to the FAA. (See page 5 of
the Consent List.)
Upon receipt of your letter it was examined to determine if the Council should
reconsider its previous action. We believe that a reconsideration is not
necessary. The lights would be installed for safety purposes on airport
property and do not in any way constitute an initial step in the upgrading in
the status of the Anoka County -Blaine Airport from minor to intermediate.
Your letter will be forwarded to the FAA in accord with our review guidelines.
Si rely,
John K.
