• 1 <br />BURNSVILLE - Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EAW) for Manor Homes, <br />File -No. 10856-1 District 15 <br />The City of Burnsville proposes to build 38 eight -unit condominium apartments r` <br />over the next five years on 30 acres of undeveloped land partially designated <br />for General Business use in its adopted Comprehensive Plan. Use of the site in <br />this manner appears, however, to be consistent with both adjacent land use and <br />Council Development Framework policies for an area of planned urbanization, all <br />other chapters of the Metropolitan Development Guide and regional system <br />plans.
