The size of the proposed addition is 28 feet by 60 feet which <br />does not include an area 16 feet by 66 feet designated as an <br />exit located on the west side of the building. <br />2. Usage of the addition will ba: <br />Upper Level - Added Storage and <br />Office Space. <br />Lower Level - Electronic Game <br />Area and Added Storage. <br />3. Parking Considerations: <br />a) The proposed addition will not eliminate <br />any existing <br />parking <br />spaces.
