ORDINANCE NO. 332 <br />Page Two 11 <br />(2) $100,000 for loss of means of support of <br />any one person in any one occurrence, and, <br />subject to the limit for one person, <br />M 0,000 for loss of means of support of <br />two or more persons in any one occurrence. <br />(b) A bond of a surety company with minimum coverages <br />as provided in clause (a). <br />(c) A certificate of the State Treasurer that the <br />licensee has deposited with him $100,000 in <br />cash or securities which may legally be <br />purchased by savings banks or or trust funds <br />having a marxet value or ytuu,uuu. <br />Subdivision 3. Approval by Council. The proof of <br />financial responsibility under Subdivision 2 hereof <br />shall be approved by the Council and, when required, <br />by the Commissioner of Public Safety. The municipal <br />attorney shall approve the form of the financial <br />responsibility. <br />Subdivision 4. Revocation.
