MEMO TO: Mayor and City Council <br />FROM: Clerk -Administrator <br />DATE: February 11, 1983 <br />SUBJECT: RESOLUTION NO. 1464 <br />On July 12, 1982 the City Council adopted Resolution No. 1464 <br />establishing performance guidelines for thi C1erY-Administrator, <br />copy attached. One of the provisions of this resolution is that <br />this office place the resolution on the Agenda of a City Council <br />meeting for an annual review and update of the resolution's <br />provisions by the City Council. <br />In compliance with the aforementioned provision, the annual review <br />and update of Resolution No. 1464 has been placed on the Agenda <br />Of your February 22, 1983 Agenda Session. <br />DFP/pf <br />Attachment <br />
