MEMO T0: Mayor and City Council <br />FROM: Clerk -Administrator <br />DATE: February 11, 1983 <br />SUBJECT: SALARY STRUCTURE <br />As you know, the Salary Administration and Performance Review <br />Program for the City of Mounds View includes a salary structure <br />which is amended on an annual basis to reflect any changes <br />authorized by the City Council which in the case of 1983 was <br />5% and which guides staff in the recommendation of salary schedules <br />for new employees, as well as any modiFications resulting from <br />changes in employment states, each as, ::he completion of a proba- <br />tionary period. "i'he attached Salary Structure Schedules for <br />Office Positions and Supervisor7-Administrative-Management Positions <br />reflects the 58 increase in salaries approved by the City Council <br />effective January 1, 1983. <br />Should this new schedule meet with your approval it would be <br />presented to you for formal approval by the adoption of a <br />resolution at your next regular meeting. <br />DFP/pf <br />Attachment <br />
