Especially where policy issues are involved, the <br />Clerk -Administrator shall not make significant <br />commitments for the City without prior approval <br />by the Council. <br />5. The Clerk -Administrator shall not make significant <br />commitments of his time during business hours to <br />activities outside of the City without prior <br />approval by the Council. <br />6. The Clerk -Administrator shall maintain for regular <br />Council inspection a log of contacts with appointed <br />officials and other public or private agencies. <br />7. The Clerk -Administrator shall bring back this <br />resolution for annual review and update by the <br />Council. <br />Adopted this 12th day of July, 1982. <br />i <br />M <br />
