I <br />MEMO TO: Clerk -Administrator <br />FROM: Building Inspector <br />DATE: March 9, 1983 <br />SUBJECT: CARNIVAL APPLICATION <br />I have reviewed the attached application with the Fire Department <br />and Electrical Inspector and submit the following: <br />1) Electrical permit is required at the rate of $5.50 plus <br />$1.50 per ride or amusement device requiring electricity. <br />2) Fire Department requires two-day notice for the set-up <br />inspection. The applicant should schedule that directly <br />by calling the Fire Department at 78G-4436. <br />3) Inspections will be made by myself and the Electrical <br />Inspector on the day of set-up and should be requested 24 <br />hours in advance. <br />Operation should not begin until after the above three items have <br />been carryed out and approved. <br />Thank you. <br />1. <br />SAR/bc <br />Attachment <br />
