AMENDMENT NO. 2 <br />to the <br />ARCHITECT/ENGINEER AGREEMENT <br />Dated August 21, 1982 <br />Between <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA <br />and <br />TOLTZ, KING, DUVALL, ANDERSON AND ASSOCIATES, INCORPORATED <br />for <br />WATER SYSTEM INVESTIGATION <br />This Amendment agreed to on March 14, 1983, expands the scope of the original <br />contract and revises the payment to TKDA for services to reflect the expanded <br />scope. The period of service is also revised to allow completion of the <br />expanded scope. <br />The contract changes are detailed hereinafter <br />ARTICLE 1. GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF WORK TO BE DONE. <br />Replace Exhibit A of the Agreement with the attached. <br />ARTICLE 2. PERIOD OF SERVICE <br />Replace the Agreement article with the following: <br />TKDA agrees that work under this Agreement will begin within 5 <br />days after receipt of Authorization to Proceed. The term of the Agreement <br />for the performance of services hereunder shall be through December, 1983. <br />In this regard, it is agreed that the "not to ecxeed" payment figure set forth <br />in Article 3 herein has been established in anticipation of an orderly and <br />continuous progress of the Project. <br />ARTICLE 3. COMPENSATION TO TKDA <br />Replace paragraph D of the Agreement article with the following: <br />D. Payment to TKDA for services set forth in EXHIBIT A of this <br />Agreement, computed in accordance with 3A, B, and C above, shall not exceed <br />$7,500.00 unless formally changed by Supplemental Agreement for extra work or <br />changed conditions. Additionally, in the event that services are provided <br />by TKDA beyond the contract completion date as a result of circumstances <br />-1- <br />
