adversarial in nature. <br />6. Pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 624.72 (1982), no person shall <br />interfere with the conduct of, or disrupt or threaten interference <br />with or disruption of the hearing. In the event of any <br />interference or disruption or threat thereof, the hearing examiner <br />may take appropriate action. <br />7. Following the end of the hearing, members of the public <br />will have seven working days in which to submit additional <br />documents and comments for the hearing record. Copies of these <br />documents and comments must be submitted to both the hearing <br />examiner and the WMB staff. <br />B. Following the seven day period discussed above, the WMB <br />staff will have seven working days in which to respond to the <br />public testimony presented at the hearing and subsequent documents <br />submitted into the hearing record. <br />9. Copies of additional documents submitted by members of the <br />public and the W14B staff responses will be available for <br />inspection at the WMB offices. <br />10. No factual information or evidence which is not a part of <br />the hearing record will be considered by the hearing examiner or <br />the WMB in the determination of this matter. <br />11. The hearing examiner will prepare a report which will <br />contain findings of fact, conclusions, and recommendations on <br />issues related to the proposed areas. <br />12. The VIMB staff will make final recommendation to the WMB <br />regarding the proposed areas. <br />13. The 41MB will make a determination as to which sites should <br />be included in the final inventory based on the hearing record. <br />14. Persons wishing to be notified of the availability of the <br />hearing examiner's report, the staff recommendation, or the <br />board's determination on the final inventory of preferred areas <br />may so indicate at the hearing. <br />PLEASE BE FURTHER ADVISED that, while persons may submit <br />documents or other information at the hearing or up to seven <br />working days after the bearing, it would be very helpful to hive <br />documents submitted to the WMB staff in advance of the hearing. <br />Therefore, persons wishing to submit documents or other <br />information are encouraged to do so at the earliest possible time <br />so that the WMB staff his sufficient time to review the documents <br />and information. <br />
