-15- <br />57. Statutory requirements --Under Section 115A.09 the Board must consider <br />"other services appropriate to the hazardous waste facilities." Based on <br />information from the waste management industry representatives, sewer service <br />or at least a receiving stream that could receive affluent from on -site treat- <br />ment facilities is a service required by some processing facilities. <br />58. Areas that are sewered are generalJy.areas where local governments intend to <br />direct further development and by concentrating on sewered areas, there is greater <br />conformance to the existing and planned development patterns of the community. <br />59. Area must be within 2 miles of a 9-ton industrial route was a mandatory cate- <br />gory for chemical treatment, transfer/storage and incineration facilities. <br />60.
