- 2 - <br />9. Establishes necessary policies and procedures required to <br />ensure all necessary paperwork is maintained for the proper <br />and efficient running of the acquatics program. Prepares a <br />variety of well documented reports that clearly identify <br />existing program activity and extent of participation. The <br />reports should include supporting information identifying <br />accountability for administration for each program and <br />related employee lists, budget allocations, etc. <br />10. Coordinates and controls facility usage for the Edgewood <br />Community Center pool and Lakeside Park beach to include <br />pool rentals and other special pool activities. <br />11. Initiates and controls all supply/equipment purchases to <br />replenish existing inventories and provide additional <br />items necessary for effective program implementation and <br />ensure that they are in good working condition. <br />12. Assumes other responsibilities as apparent or designated. <br />MINIMUM WORK QUALIFICATIONS <br />1. 3-5 yrs.of experience in supervision of either waterfront or <br />pool operations. <br />2. Must have a valid W.S.I. Red Cross Certificate. <br />3. Have a four year degree from an accredited college or <br />comparable experience. <br />
