REGULATION <br />Please review the attached materials regarding Federal Cable <br />Telecommunication legislation. A comparision of our Cable T.V. <br />franchise (ordinance #319) and the essence of 5.66 (as presented <br />by Senators Durenberger and Boschwitz), indicates the potential <br />for serious erosion of local control in this matter. <br />I request that this subject be included for appropriate action <br />at the July 18, 1983 agenda session of the City Council. <br />
