RESOLUTION NO. 1633 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 1462 <br />ESTABLISHING VARIOUS FEES AND CHARGES <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 1462, adopted on June 12, 1982, <br />established various fees and charges as provided for in the <br />Municipal Code; and <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City of Mounds View to <br />charge for the prevision of agendas and minutes to individuals <br />and organizations not directly related to the City, i.e., City <br />Council, Commissions, staff and representatives of the press. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Mounds View that the following annual charge be levied <br />for the expense of providing copies of City Council agendas <br />and/or minutes. <br />Agendas and Consent Agendas $40.00/year <br />Minutes $25.00/year <br />Adopted this 25th day of July, 1983. <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />11 <br />Kayor <br />Clerk -Administrator <br />
