Reports of <br />very firm input from all the Planning Commissioners, Councilmembers <br />that they would like to continue receiving both <br />Council minutes and agendas. <br />Councilmember Doty reported that he had been approached <br />by a resident who has a problem with two cats belonging <br />to a neighbor, in which the cats have the run of the <br />neighborhood and use his children's sandbox. He <br />stated the resident had talked to the Police Department, <br />but there is no ordinance regulating cats. <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley reported that in looking <br />at the Code, the cats could not be described as wild, <br />and that two animals are allowed per household to be <br />kept or raised. He recommended that the resident <br />contact him, and they could have the CSO go over and <br />talk to him. He stated they could also contact the <br />Ramsey County Health Department. <br />Councilmember Blanchard reported the Planning <br />Commission is concerned with the delay in adopting <br />Chapter 40, as they are having a problem with <br />enforcement since it is in limbo. <br />Director Johnson replied that he and Attorney Meyers <br />have been working on coordinating the text and maps, <br />
