RESOLUTION NO. 1635 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE; OF MINNKSOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT <br />FOR CROSS OF GLORY LUTIIIiRAN CHURCH <br />WHEREAS, representatives of Cross of Glory Lutheran Church <br />have submitted a proposal to subdivide five existing lots into <br />two lots for property located at 5472 Adams Street; and <br />WHEREAS, a major subdivision is being proposed cince the <br />properties involved total 2.11 acres; and <br />WHEREAS, the preliminary plat has been reviewed by Che <br />Mounds View Planning Commission; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended to the <br />City Council approval of the preliminary plat by adopting <br />Planning Commission Resolution No. 88-83; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council conducted 198ublic hearing on <br />the proposed major subdivision on July 25, <br />of <br />the public hearing being sent to all property owners within 350 <br />feet; and <br />WHEREAS, the subdivision meets minimum 'Zoning Code <br />requirements; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, 8E IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council approves the preliminary plat of a major subdivision of <br />the Cross of Glory Lutheran Church property dated May, 1983, <br />revised June 9, 1983. <br />ATTEST: <br />Adopted this 25th day of July, 1983. <br />ayor <br />(SEAL) <br />Clerk -Administrator <br />
