MOUNDS VuIW PLANNING COMEn.gSLUM <br />RRSOLUTION No. Rh-111 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS vl!'W <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OP THE MAJOR SUBDIVISION FOR <br />CROSS Of GLORY LUTHERAN CHURCH To CHNIIINE FIVE; LOTS INTO TWO <br />WHEREAS, an appllcalluu wan rccpived by City staff from <br />roprosentative:: of Gros:: or Glory Lutheran Church to combine the <br />existing five lot, intu Lwu IuCs; and <br />WHEREAS, since the property is 2,11 acres in size, a <br />major subdivision is necessary to combine the five lots; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed this <br />proposed maJur subdivision fur conformity to Mounds View Code; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the two Proposed lots mcut minimum area require- <br />ments for R-1 zoned property; and <br />WHEREAS, setback distances from the existing buildings to <br />1_ the proposed property line meets minimum requirements; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED IhaL the Mounds View <br />Planning Commission recommends to the City Council approval of <br />the major subdivision/lut combination ruquest by Cross of Clary <br />Lutheran Church, 5472 Adam:; Street, to combine the existing five <br />lots into two lots as shown on the registered land survey dated <br />May, 1987 by Suburban liagiunering, <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Planning Commission <br />directs staff to forward this recommendation to the City Council <br />prior to approval of the minutes. <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />Adopted this 6th day or July, 1987. <br />Chairman — <br />I <br />Director of Public Works <br />- <br />Community Development <br />
