Ile stated that since <br />the Planning Commission reviewed it on June 15, Mr. Vogt <br />has gone before the Council, requesting building per- <br />mits, which the Council approved, so that he may start <br />building his home. <br />It was noted that Mr. Vogt, nor a representative for <br />his, was not present. <br />Motion/Second: Quick/miller to adopt Resolution No. <br />$ - , recommending approval of a minor subdivision for <br />Frank Vogt for property located at 8145 Red Oak Drive. <br />5 ayes <br />0 nays 1 abstention <br />Commissioner Anderson <br />had not been present <br />discussion, <br />abstained from the vote as he <br />at the .tune 15 meeting for <br />Technician Kampel reported he had received a call <br />from Dynamic Designers, notifying the City of their <br />intention to come up with a revised plan. <br />Jim Cepress, of Dynamic Designers, stated he under- <br />stands their plan was not approved at the last work <br />session, with a problem o!: being over the 903 eleva- <br />tiCn. .. He stated they have onne hark rn the architect. <br />� - <br />who is now working o:. a new, revised plan, which will <br />be ready next week and will be considerably different. <br />It will have 8 units instead of 10, wiL;i less parking <br />required, and everything will be within the 903 <br />elevation, and the side yard setbacks will be alright, <br />with just one front yard setback that will be 5' short. <br />July 6, 1983 <br />I'age Two <br />PPBOVE <br />Mr, Cepress stated that he will get copies of the new <br />plan to Ci�y Hall next week, for the Planning Commissioners <br />to review, and then they would like to meet with them <br />at the next work session to go over the plan, and since <br />they feel all the requirements have been met, they are <br />requesting the Planning Commission to make the work session <br />an official meeting so that action can be taken on the <br />plan. <br />Motion Car <br />6.
