ORDINANCE No. 344 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNEAOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE <br />OF MOUNDS VIEW BY AMENDING CHAPTER 100, <br />ENTITLED "INTOXICATING LIQUORS" <br />The Council of: the City of Mounds View does hereby ordain: <br />SECTION I. Chapter 100.09, Subdivision 3, Sunday <br />Sales, is amended as follows: <br />Subdivision 3. Sunday Sales. Nothwith- <br />standing the provisio�f Subdivision 1, <br />"on -sale" establishments licensed to sell <br />intoxicating liquor on Sunday may serve <br />same between the hours of 12 o'clock <br />noon and 12 o'clock midnight on Sundays <br />in conjunction with the serving of food. <br />In addition, the City Council may <br />authorize, by license, a icensee to <br />serve xi <br />intocating liquors between the <br />Fours of 10.00 a.m. and 12.00 noon on <br />Sunday _ in conq'uncti.on with the serving <br />that the licenseo estauj11 1w,c116 <br />formance with the Minnesota <br />SECTION II.
