JOHNSON CONTRACT AMENDMEINT <br />Attached is a copy of the revised contract amendment concerning <br />special projects for the balance of 1983 per Council direction. <br />The amendment adjusts upward the special project hours from 210 <br />to 870. This incluaes the 319 hours spent through June 25, 1983 <br />plus the additional 551 hours estimated to be needed through <br />December 31, 1983. (See Exhibit A.) The work priority will be <br />to complete: <br />1) MSA resurfacing project <br />2) 1983 seal coat project (part of 5 year plan) <br />3) St. Stephen drainage project <br />4) Storm water management plan <br />5) Balance of 5 year street maintenance plan <br />6) Review developer applications as received or as <br />necessary <br />^ Items 1, 2 and 3 are for 1983 construction work, as soon as they <br />are wrapped up then item 4 will be number one priority. item 6 <br />will be scattered, as necessary, throughout the year. Special <br />effort will be made to minimize item 6 time by shifting work to <br />other staff personnel. <br />Work on water treatment plant modifications and sanitary sewer <br />monitoring plan will be covered by the 10 hours per week <br />allocated in the current contract.
