Call to Order <br />Acting Mayor Blanchard at 7:30 PM on August 22, 1983. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmembers Doty, Linke and 2. Roll Call <br />an ner an cting Mayor Blanchard. <br />It was noted that Mayor McCarty was absent on <br />vacation. <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Attorney Meyers, Clerk/Admini- <br />strator Pauley and Public Works/Community Development <br />Director Johnson. <br />Motion/Second: Doty/Linke to approve the August 3. Approval of <br />consent agenda, as presented, and waive the Consent Agenda <br />reading of the resolutions. <br />4 ayes 0 nays <br />Motion Carried <br />Motion/Second: Linke/Doty to approve the first 6. 1st Reading of <br />rea 1ng o rdinance No. 333, amending the municipal Ordinance No. <br />code of Mounds View by amending Chapter 32, entitled 333 <br />"The Planning Commission", and waive the reading <br />of the ordinance. <br />4 ayes 0 nays <br />Motion Carried <br />
