Public Hearing <br />and opened the public hearing at 7:42 PM. <br />Rezoning of <br />7801 Sunnyside <br />Director Johnson noted that Mr. Bayerkohler was <br />Road from R-3 <br />present. He explained the applicant is proposing <br />to B-2 <br />to take the existing 4-plex building and convert <br />it into office -type space, and that in order to <br />make the conversion, certain site revisions must <br />be made. He stated the Planning Commission has <br />reviewed the item and discussed it with Mr. <br />Bayerkohler and have recommended approval to <br />the Council. He added that Staff recommends <br />the Council move ahead with Resolution No. 1643 <br />and the first reading of Ordinance No. 346. <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley pointed out the section <br />of the code that Councilmember Linke found which <br />called for screening of the building. <br />Jim Plocienik, a representative for Mr. Bayerkohler, <br />stated they would be agreeable to put in screening, <br />and he presented the Council with site plans, showing <br />the layout of the existing and proposed screening. <br />He noted that much of the screening is already in <br />place. <br />Acting Mayor Blanchard closed the public hearing and <br />
