RESOLUTION NO. 1626 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION EXECUTING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT NO. 83-61 <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 59.07 of the Mounds View Municipal Code <br />requires a development contract (Agreement No. 83-61) for the <br />approval of the 98 unit motel at 2149 Program Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS, the development contract (Agreement No. 83-61) has <br />been drafted and is attached to this resolution; and <br />WHEREAS, the Developer and the City agree with all conditions <br />of the development contract (Agreement No. 83-61); <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council authorizes execution of the agreement with the required <br />signatures. <br />Adopted this 22th day of August, 1983. <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />Mayor <br />Clerk -Administrator <br />
