RESOLUTION NO. 1625 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINIJESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF <br />PROGRAMMED LAND, INC. <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has reviewed the <br />preliminary plat for the motel site as proposed for the west part <br />of Lot 2, Block 3, Programmed Land First Addition and has recommended <br />approval to the City Council on May 4, 1983, by adopting Planning <br />Commission Resolution No. 74-83; and <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the preliminary <br />plat and has given conceptual approval on May 23, 1983, by adopting <br />Resolution No. 1607; and <br />WHEREAS„ Resolution No. 1607 stated that prior to the City <br />Council approving the final plat, :the necessary documents dedicating <br />the required drainage easements and Rice Creek Watershed District <br />approval be received; and <br />WHEREAS, the drainage easement description has been submitted <br />and found to be acceptable; and <br />WHEREAS, approval has been received from the Rice Creek watershed <br />District; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE I'T RESOLVED that the Council of the City of <br />Mounds View approves the final plat for Programmed Land, Inc. <br />Adopted this 22th day of August, 1983. <br />ATTEST; <br />(SEAL) <br />Mayor <br />Clerk -Administrator <br />
