Provides for Planning Commmission 10 <br />review and reeommendation to the City Council, City <br />Council will then hold a public hearing. <br />Subdivision 4(a). A copy nr the conditional use permit <br />application must be sent to the Commissioner of Che <br />Department of Natural Resources at least Can days prior to <br />the hearing. <br />Subdivision 4(e), List 12 factors to he considered in <br />acting on a conditional use permit. Items I, 4, 7, 9, 10, <br />and II appear to have n direct application to this <br />proposed development. The other items appear to have <br />little or no application. <br />Subdivision 4(g). Allows placing of conditions deemed <br />necessary to meet the purpose of Chapter 49. <br />2, PARKING <br />The applicant is proposing one tuck -under garage per unit and <br />12 Coral uncovered parking spaces. The uncovered spaces, per <br />Code, should be striped. The number of garages and free <br />spaces meet Code requirements. The 'Zoning Code does not <br />presently state curb cut requirements for R-4 districts. l j <br />7. 20NIN0 <br />This building would be considered a condominimum (townhouses <br />limit the units to b). Applicant has stated they will be <br />owner occupied. The site is presently zoned R-7. The <br />proposed use requires'an R-4 rezoning. ,; <br />
