'I If. <br />G,L. 13 <br />CITY OF HOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF MOUNDS VIEW BY <br />AMENDING CIIAPTE'R 43 ENTITLED, "MOUILI' IIOMIiS" <br />The Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby ordain: <br />SECTION 1. Chapter 43.01, Definitions, is hereby amended by <br />adding the following new paragraph and renum- <br />bering all paragraphs of Chapter 43.01: <br />(2) Manufactured Home. A manufactured home is <br />one that is defined by Minnesota Statutes, <br />Chapter 327. <br />SECTION II. Chapter 43.02, Locations, (1), is hereby amended <br />to read as follows: <br />(1) It shall be unlawful within the limits of <br />Mounds View for any person to park any mobile <br />home or manufactured home on any land owned by <br />any person, occupied or unoccupied within Mounds <br />View, except as provided for In this Chapter or <br />Chapter 40 of the Municipal Code. <br />SECTION III. Chapter 43.02, Locations, (3), is hereby amended <br />to read as follows: <br />(3) No person shall park or occupy any mobile <br />home or manufactured home which is situated out- <br />side of an approved mobile home park except <br />that as allowed in Chapter 40 of the Municipal <br />Code. The parking and storage of no more than <br />one (1) mobile home in an accessory private <br />garage building or in a rear yard in any district <br />is permitted providing that no living quarters <br />shall be maintained, nor any business practiced <br />in said mobile home. <br />SECTION IV.
