This organization is <br />i involved in many civic projects for the community. Mr. Peltier <br />has been involved in all projects that the club has conducted and <br />has participated in exemplary fashion. He served with distinction <br />as a member of the Board of Directors of the organization and is <br />newly elected to the position of Third Vice -President. <br />I have found Bill to be a very congenial and friendly <br />person in all of my dealings with him as well as my observations <br />of his relationships with other club members. He has been a <br />dedicated, cooperative and hardworking member.
