I have reviewed the Braun Engine- <br />ering report with my consultants, Barr Engineering, and they are <br />in substantial agreement with it. <br />I have been in process of trying to develop my property for <br />four and one-half years. I am in concurrence with the Braun <br />report and want to go on record as supporting it. There now <br />seems -to be no difference between my position and the Mounds <br />View study.
