MOUNDS V11:W PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-83 <br />) <br />CITY OF F1011NI)s VIEW <br />COUNTY OF IIAMSI.Y <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF PLANNING CASE NO. 142-03, <br />A MINOR SUBDIVISION <br />WHEREAS, an application was received by staff for a minor <br />subdivision (relocation of a property line) fur properties located <br />at 8344 Cruveland Rued by Mr. Arthur Zielinski; and <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Arthur Zielinski is the owner of the property <br />located at 8344 Croveland Road and is also the legal guardian for <br />Clara B. Ford, owner of the property located at 8334 Croveland <br />(toad; and <br />WHEREAS, the applicant with this proposal is requesting <br />approval to relocate the cast 211.60 feet of the existing south <br />property line of 8344 Cruveland (load thirty (30) feet to the <br />South; and <br />WHEREAS, the two proposed lots meet minimum frontage <br />1 requirements and square footage requirements; and <br />WHEREAS, the haildings on the two properties will meet <br />minimum setback requirements; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br />Planning Commission recommends to the City Council approval of a <br />minor subdivision as requested by relocating the east 211.60 feet <br />of the existing south property line of 8344 Croveland Road, thirty <br />(30) to the south; <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning <br />Commission recommends that a five (5) foot drainage and utility <br />easement be taken on both sides of this proposed lot line as shown <br />on the survey dated August 29, 1983; <br />HE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning <br />Commission directs staff to forward this resolution to the City <br />Council prior to approval of the minutes. <br />Adopted this 5th day of October, 1983. <br />ATTEST: <br />Chairman <br />(SEAL) <br />Director of Public Works% — <br />Community Development <br />
