`o�t' C.--, <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1666 <br />j CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 1630 <br />AND AUTHORIZING INSTALLATION OF A STREETLIGHT <br />WHEREAS, on June 17, 1983 the City received a petition <br />from residents along Pleasant View Drive for the installation of <br />a streetlight on that block; and <br />WHEREAS, at the July 11, 1983 City Council meeting, the <br />City Council adopted Resolution No. 1630 authorizing the installa- <br />r;on of �,• <br />and .ce�,Ight between 8325 and 8335 Pleasant View Drive; <br />WHEREAS, the decision to place the light at this location <br />was as a result of concerns voiced by the resident of 8330 Pleasant <br />View Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, following this meeting it was noted that no pad <br />mounted transformer is located between 8325 and 8335 Pleasant <br />View Drive and to install a light at this location could be done <br />but at a greater cost to the City; and <br />WHEREAS, per the requirements of Resolution No. 1354, <br />the City Council has determined that the placement of a street- <br />light between 8320 and 8330 Pleasant View Drive would also be in <br />the interest of the health, safety and welfare of the residents <br />of the area. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of <br />the City of Mounds View orders the placement of a streetlight <br />between 8320 and 8330 Pleasant View Drive. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council hereby <br />rescinds Resolution No. 1630 adopted July 11, 1983. <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />Adopted this loth day of October, 1983. <br />Mayor <br />Clerk -Administrator <br />
